Maria Rose Inspires has a no refund policy due to the preparation required for scheduling educator travel and the shipping of the hair extension kits in advance of each event. In the event of a natural disaster or circumstances beyond anyone's control, the certification date will be rescheduled. For those who cannot attend the rescheduled date, they will be given a credit towards another certification class that they wish to attend. Maria Rose Inspires reserves the right to cancel any event at any time prior to the scheduled date due to lack of participation or any other reason beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all students who had registered and paid for the canceled event. Any student who fails to attend after having paid for an event may choose to attend the next available event convenient for them to attend.

Anyone who does not show up for a class, or chooses to take another class after their kit has already been shipped out, will be charged a 10% restocking fee (includes shipping, handling, and printing of new certificate). This charge will have to be paid in order to be rostered in the desired class.
